PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER OR BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS BELOW. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. SOME RIGHTS OTHERWISE AVAILABLE TO YOU MAY BE WAIVED UNDER THESE TERMS.

 

BY PLACING AN ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT, AND YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU MAY NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU (A) DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, (B) ARE NOT THE OLDER OF (i) AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR (ii) LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE10 JEWELRY, OR (C) ARE PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Orders:

 

All The10 products are custom-made to order. Orders do not go into production until full payment has been received. Orders are fulfilled between 4-6 weeks after receipt of payment. This includes production time and shipping time. If you would like to request rush production and delivery, please email info@the10jewelry.com, and a sales representative will contact you if your request can be met. Please note, rush orders require an additional fee.

 

If for any reason an order will take longer than the typical 4-6 week fulfillment time, a sales representative will notify you as soon as possible.

 

Your order is an offer to buy under the terms herein, and we may choose not to accept orders in our sole discretion.  The10 Jewelry reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders that do not include complete information (such as current, accurate credit card information), or are placed in violation of the terms herein. Full payment is due before any order is processed.  Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling.  We may from time to time offer promotions that may affect pricing.

 

 

Taxes:

 

We are required to charge sales taxes for orders shipped to U.S. states where sales taxes are applicable. Sales taxes are determined by the state into which an order is shipped, based on the current tax rates. Our Website will calculate an estimated sales tax for your purchase, based on the state into which the order is shipped.  Your exact sales tax will be included with your order confirmation email.  In some states, shipping charges may also be subject to a state tax. Tax will be refunded for returned items.

 

 

Special Requests:

 

The10 jewelry's collection consists of yellow, white and rose gold. 18k gold may be ordered upon request.

Engraving is offered for certain pieces for an additional fee. Please note that once engraving orders have been received, they are final. Therefore, verify spelling and capitalization prior to submitting your order. If engraving is available for a particular item, its product page will indicate that engraving is available, and the order submission page will allow the customer to provide engraving details.

 

Sizing:

 

the10 jewelry offers custom items which may be ordered in various sizes per item: necklaces are available from 16”-30”. Bracelets are available in 7” and 8” and available at custom lengths.

 

All the10 jewelry rings are standard U.S. sizes. The customer is responsible for choosing their ring size. We highly encourage customers to obtain correct sizing by a local jeweler in standard U.S. sizing units prior to completing an order.

 

Shipping:

 

In the U.S.: We ship to all U.S. states and to APO/FPO military addresses. Orders are shipped as soon as production has been completed. A signature is required at the time of delivery of your package, in order to comply with our shipping insurance policy.  We do not use customer-provided shipping accounts.

 

You will pay shipping and handling charges as specified during the ordering process.  Orders will be shipped via Ground UPS for a flat fee of $30 (subject to change), or otherwise as specified during the ordering process. If you prefer a faster delivery, please contact us by emailing: info@the10jewelry.com, referencing your order number. The10 Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transportation.

 

Outside the U.S.: We do not operate outside the U.S. We cannot accept orders placed outside the U.S. or to be shipped outside the U.S.

 

Site information:

 

The10 jewelry aims to ensure that our online inventory is as accurate and up to date as possible. But errors occur, and so The10 jewelry reserves the right to correct any errors, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices, descriptive information and imagery are subject to change without notice. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, a sales representative will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm the new price. We will not honor inaccurate or incorrect pricing. We do not negotiate the prices of our products.

As stated, product imagery may be subject to change without notice. All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Approximate measurements and on-body images are provided for frame of reference.

 

 

Variance:

 

Although we strive for consistency in color and quality, please note not all pieces are identical. Due to the10 jewelry's unique customizations, there may be small variations. For example, it is typical for the colors of metals and stones to vary.

 

Returns & Repairs:

 

The10 jewelry team strives for excellence in customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, because all the10 jewelry pieces are custom-made to order, all sales are final and non-returnable.

 

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email info@the10jewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

 

On a case-by-case basis, the10 jewelry will, if possible, repair a defective product that was ordered directly from www.the10jewelry.com, provided that you explain the needed repair to us by email to info@the10jewelry.com within 7 days of delivery of the item. Shipping charges may be required.  If you do not notify us of a needed repair during the 7 day period, repairs may still be made, but there will be repair fees depending on the item's condition and work needed.
